Led by the Mental Health in the Workplace Consulting Group together with a multidisciplinary committee of experts, the Eisenberg Family Depression Center hosted its second annual Workplace Mental Health Conference online in August 2021. Click here for more information on the conference programming.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed what people are looking for at work and the physical reality of the workplace. Organizations have had to adapt to this changing landscape and put employee well-being at the top of their list of priorities. This University of Michigan brought together over 300 key stakeholders to discuss strategies to improve employee mental health.Topics included transforming company culture, innovations in workplace mental health, case studies, and special presentations on millenials and compassion in the workplace.
