Using Secondary Data in Mental Health Research: A Speed Collaborating Event

Friday, May 8 | 9:00 am  |  Rachel Upjohn Building Garden Level Conference Room
Add to calendar: GoogleOutlook/iCal

This “speed collaborating” event brings together bold thinkers and brilliant minds from across the University of Michigan who are passionate about mental health and well-being and interested in using secondary data to advance their work.

Co-hosts: Eisenberg Family Depression Center Data & Design Core Faculty Co-Leads, Briana Mezuk, Ph.D. and Sarah Stoddard, Ph.D., RN

Here’s how it works

You’ll meet with fellow U-M researchers for just 10 minutes to introduce yourself, share ideas and see where your interests intersect. After each round, you’ll rotate and meet someone new. Our goal? To help you discover collaborators from outside your usual circles who can help you tackle research questions in fresh, multidisciplinary ways.

Why you should attend

  • Meet potential research partners in a lively, no-pressure setting
  • Discuss shared experiences and interests using secondary data
  • Expand your network across disciplines
  • Enjoy great food and beverages while making meaningful connections
