Lezio Bueno Jr is an assistant research scientist in the department of Psychiatry. His research is specialized in rodent behavior and physiology using techniques such as appetitive conditioning, brain stimulation/recording, drug delivery and machine vision. He is also experienced in the analysis of human EEG. Currently, his research interests includethe temporal structure of REM sleep, as well as the relationships between sleep architecture and disorders affecting mood and social affiliation.
