NAMI Washtenaw County Support Groups
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is dedicated to the education, support, and advocacy of families and friends affected by and individuals recovering from mental illness. The NAMI-Washtenaw County chapter offers a variety of regularly scheduled groups to support youth and adults living with mental illness (all diagnoses), as well as their loved ones. Please visit their website for a current schedule of meetings in the Ann Arbor area. These groups, led by trained peer volunteers, are free of cost, and drop-ins are encouraged.
Please visit the main NAMI website to find support groups and NAMI resources in other parts of the U.S.
