Make a Gift

From the Executive Director

Welcome!

John F. Greden, M.D.
John F. Greden, M.D.

In the Depression Center’s first 10 years, we realized the vision of developing an impressive, expanding platform of interdisciplinary research, clinical translation, education, and public policy that is recognized as the national prototype for emerging depression centers around the country. We still have much to accomplish in our second decade and beyond, and we are fully committed to taking on the challenges that lie ahead, but we cannot do it alone.

Our ability to generate new knowledge, translate it into effective clinical practice, and provide hope to those who suffer and to their families is largely dependent upon private gifts. We are seeking financial support from those who wish to join in our mission to improve the lives of those affected by depression and bipolar disorder. Each gift represents a crucial contribution to our progress, and we are thankful for every gift we receive.

As it has from the start, philanthropy will continue to play a pivotal role in fueling our momentum into our second decade, and there are many ways in which you can help. If your questions aren’t answered on this website, please contact us by phone at 734-763-4858. We would be happy to help you by matching your interests with one of our many needs.

We are grateful to the many donors who have partnered with us to achieve a new era of care and have positioned us to continue leading a global response to the complex challenges of depressive and bipolar illnesses. Together, we will conquer these disorders.

Sincerely,

John F. Greden, M.D.
