Invisible: Student Voices, Mental Health, and the College Experience

(A Theatrical Presentation)

The University of Michigan Educational Theatre Company (UMetc) is a program of the Office of New Student Programs. UMetc performs at student orientations, in classrooms, and at special events throughout campus.  Material in the “Invisible” sketch was collected through interviews with University of Michigan students (funded by a grant coordinated by U-M Counseling and Psychological Services); material generated by the cast of UMetc; as well as interviews with undergraduate students at the State University of New York and the resulting theater presentation “Mental Health: It’s Driving me Crazy,” coordinated by Robbie Routenberg (now with the Program on Intergroup Relations at the University of Michigan).
