The Depression Center Leadership helps establish priorities and strategic direction to help fulfill the vision and mission of the University of Michigan Depression Center. - National Advisory Board
The National Advisory Board includes recognized leaders with demonstrated expertise in healthcare, education, research, government, law, mental health advocacy, business, and philanthropy. The NAB assists the Depression Center in its pursuit of excellence in research, clinical delivery, education and community outreach, and public policy. - Scientific Advisory Board
The Scientific Advisory Board consists of members with national and international standing in the area of depression research and academics. The SAB provides the Depression Center with a forward-looking perspective on depression science, research, clinical delivery, and education.
- Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is a special advisory body whose membership reflects the interdisciplinary composition of the broader Depression Center membership. Represented fields include psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, neuroscience, public health, primary care (family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine), informatics, pharmacy, and business.
- University Advisory Committee
The University Advisory Committee helps align the Center’s strategic direction with the missions of the University of Michigan, U-M Medical School and U-M Health Systems to benefit from synergistic partnerships with interested U-M constituencies, and to assure that the Depression Center is truly a University-wide enterprise.
