Depression Brochure BEYOND SADNESS
The University of Michigan Depression Center
is pleased to provide the brochure Beyond
Sadness, translated in 12 languages to download
online. Beyond Sadness is unique in providing
information on both the emotional and the
physical symptoms of depression. Examples
of such symptoms might be digestive problems
or prolonged, unexplained nagging aches
and pains. The brochure includes a new depression
symptom checklist, suggested conversation
starters for talking to your doctor, and
a list of websites and phone numbers for
getting more information.
